Windsurfing: Hove Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F5 Surf / Sea State: Nice swell Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: RAIN Max Speed: Distance Covered:
Just had a few hours at Hove around lunchtime and it was starting to get
nice and chunky. Lots of wind (5m ezzy) and lots of rain too, but swell was
piling in up to head high. Funny for a SW the wind direction was
surprisingly cross shore with a touch of on. Good for big turns down wind.
Bit of a wind shadow by the King Alfred, but ok. One concrete groyne was
pouring black liquid out of the end into the shallows. Smelly and turning
the water black. A very fun session.
